Bathrooms: Clean toilet, tub, shower, floor and sink. Up to three bathrooms.

All rooms: Dust, vacuum floors including stairs, dust blinds and wall hangings. Pick up and straighten.

Windows: Clean inside entry window, inside window over kitchen sink, and inside patio door windows.

We will do this weekly, bi-weekly or monthly for the low price of $125.00 each time.

This service takes about 2 times longer than the old conventional method that pollutes our environment. I would normally offer this service for $250 per month, but to do my part to protect the environment I am now offering it for half price at $125.00 per month.

Trim around fences, flower beds etc…with electric weed eaters
Edge along driveways and sidewalks with hand edger
Hand sweep driveways and sidewalks.

Twice per year
Fertilize in March and October with an all-natural corn gluten plant food (8-2-4) that is safe for people, pets and wildlife.

This service takes about 3 times longer than the old conventional method that pollutes our environment. I would normally offer this service for $300 per month, but to do my part to protect the environment I am now offering it for half price at $150.00 per month.

I have to stay in business and still offer this old method for my usual price of $100.00 per month.
