Crown Ridge Improvements Requirements

6.1 Construction and Exterior Alterations or Repair.

The Board of Directors has adopted a $250.00 fine for proceeding with your projects without an ACC approval plan if approval is required by the CCR’s and/or Rules and Regulations. Any fine assessed will be approved by the board.

All buildings and structures (including, without limitation, concrete or masonry walls, rockeries, fences, swimming pools or other structures) to be constructed in Crown Ridge Estates, and all exterior alterations and repairs (including, but not limited to, reproofing or repainting) of any building or structures in Crown Ridge Estates and visible from any public street, Common Area or other lot must be approved by the Board of Directors of the Crown Ridge Architectural Control Committee (ACC).

Complete plans and specifications of all such proposed buildings, structures and exterior alterations and repairs, together with detailed plans showing the proposed location of the same on the particular building site requested by the (ACC) committee.

All plans and specifications submitted for approval by the ACC must be submitted in duplicate, at least thirty (30) days prior to the proposed construction, exterior alteration, or repair starting date.
