Residents are welcome to attend the Board Meetings and address the board with any concerns they have. However prior to attending a Board Meeting a Resident who so desires must to attend a board meeting must send us a note  via our form to coordinate when they desire to address the Board Members and any concerns or suggestions you wish for the Board to be advised of within our community.

This way the Board can slot a specific time to address your concerns.

Crown Ridge Estates Projects 2011-2012 Completed and Upcoming Projects If by chance you would like to suggest a project please access our form email and send your comments

·         New Gazebo in Park with basketball court

·         Retention Ponds – Cleaned up, Checked for drainage problems; Maintain Entrances. (Part of the landscaping contract)

·         Cleaning of playground equipment. (Part of the Landscape Contract)

·         Area has been relandscaped and replaced dead and missing trees, and added additional trees in the basketball court park, Installed beauty bark and cedar chips in Play areas. (Replaced Plants with trees with Landscape Contract Bid in 2011)

·         Moving forward received a Bid to re-asphalt the paths in the pea patch area. These were brought up as a concern at our last annual Home Owners meeting. (Re-asphalting will start within time frame 20 January thru 15 February.)

·         Have received bids to add new gravel on all the walking trails throughout the parks and looking at completling this in the spring of 2012.

·         Currently looking at costs and taking Bids to possibly add additional landscaping to the pea patch area. Already have arranged for all of the fruit tress in the pea patch area maintained and sprayed for bugs to keep them healthy
